– 50 % deposit payment from the total price is required upon booking.

– The Balance payment ( another 50 % ) is required at the latest 3 ( three) weeks prior the
booking date
– 25 % from the total payment will be forfeited for a cancellation 14 days above prior to your
arrival date
– 50 % from the total payment will be forfeited for a cancelation 14 days or below prior to your
arrival date
– 100 % from the total payment will be forfeited for a cancelation 7 days or below prior to your
arrival date

Price is in Indonesian Rupiah. Any payment by other currency is based on the exchange rate when the payment made.

In the case tour participant is infected by COVID – 19 virus, you are able to postpone the tour for a certain period ( please contact us for the detail )

 – Request for postpone have to be submitted to Bali Top Holiday via email along with the medical record at the latest 7 ( seven ) days prior your arrival date 

– Any payment made is not refundable

 – For a very urgent case , is still able to be discussed case by case to find the best solution for both side
